Abstract


The modern enterprise has been extended from the incentives \Adapt to this trend , the concept of job satisfaction by Hoppock job satisfaction \Since then, job satisfaction has become a buzzword in management studies . Robbins, job satisfaction is defined as \Employee job satisfaction to mention an important basis for human resource management decision-making , and help enterprises to improve the management level , to promote the development of enterprises also play an active role in promoting . Since the concept of job satisfaction , there are many scholars study the definition of employee job satisfaction , the theoretical basis of the factors affecting job satisfaction , measuring job satisfaction and so on. In China , there are many scholars investigating the job satisfaction of employees of state-owned enterprises , foreign-funded enterprises , joint ventures and private enterprises . Employees job satisfaction from a cross-cultural perspective in this article from the point of view of the cross-cultural survey of employees of state-owned enterprises and the attitude of the foreign-funded employee job satisfaction . Using quantitative ( survey ) and qualitative ( interview ) two research methods to investigate the employees' job satisfaction of employees of state-owned enterprises was placed under the first group , was placed under the second group of employees in foreign companies . The survey results show that Generally speaking , the job satisfaction of employees in foreign companies is significantly higher than the job satisfaction of employees of state-owned enterprises , of the main reasons for the analysis from the perspective of cultural differences . The satisfaction of the employees in foreign companies for the salary , benefits, rewards , relationship with supervisors and colleagues , the work itself , the enterprise system and the system is higher than the employees of state-owned enterprises , foreign-funded employees than the employees of state - owned enterprises there are too many The work to be done .
