Abstract


Selection and implementation of corporate strategy success, survival and development of enterprises often have their significance can even say, to a considerable extent determines the survival of enterprises. This correlation, in a recession will become more apparent. There frequent due to the economic recession, this phenomenon will be at the macro and micro levels greatly reduce production and operating flexibility. Currently, the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the global recession has emerged, despite the current recession will still be difficult judgments to show how the depth and breadth? Its duration will be how? However, whether the recession will go in the face of increasing economic pressure on the whole, China's corporate strategic decision-makers will have to undergo a profound philosophy baptism and theoretical reconstruction. Affecting the selection and implementation of corporate strategy success factors, aside strategic decision makers based on ability and not to mention the emotional subjective mistakes; commonalities in the range of available metrics bore the brunt of the effectiveness of corporate strategy analysis framework problem. Because countless strategic options and implementation facts show that those commonly used as strategic decision support tools using universal framework for strategic analysis, the performance did not help the enterprises to obtain the linear strategic success. Thus, while affirming strategic analysis and strategic analysis of existing framework to the importance of how to assess and clarify the framework for strategic analysis in time, scope and effectiveness issues and other aspects of the object is very important. Firstly, from a theoretical basis, assumptions, decision variables, scope and theoretical defects and other aspects of the existing mainstream strategic choice and evaluation framework for a detailed theoretical and logical analysis, strategic analysis of the traditional framework of general utility were summarized, and the synthetic utility of the analytical framework and scope were evaluated and defined. At the same time, taking into account as a strategic decision-making body of the enterprise and its strategic environment in which there exists between the inseparability of the inherent characteristics and are not equivalent, using the theory of reflexivity, strategic behavior of enterprises and strategic relationship and interaction between the environment analysis and derivation process. Found many analytical framework inherent deep-seated problems and limitations. Finally, through the economic downturn, especially with the nature of the balance sheet recession characteristic analysis and development for dynamic analysis, strategic analysis framework for traditional own flaws and shortcomings, from strategic thinking, strategic environmental forecasting and strategic organizational core philosophy three aspects, summarized and made for strategic analysis and decision-making general recommendations. These comments and recommendations to a considerable extent, make up the traditional strategic analysis framework itself inherent defects and deficiencies, as corporate strategic decision-makers in strengthening strategic analysis and decision-making effectiveness in advance, can be observed in the implementation of the strategy and to evaluate ex post and other three areas to provide assistance that will help decision-makers to circumvent corporate strategy analysis and implementation of the strategy to bring business risk.
