Abstract


A group of companies as a business-type enterprises of foreign economic and technological cooperation in the international community is facing multinational companies and domestic large central enterprises competition. Group decision-making control in the country , mainly in the offshore business management features implemented , so that the Group management faced with time and geographical constraints, the Group's businesses in recent years to achieve leapfrog development , operational scale and efficiency has been greatly improved , the original some management methods were not suited to overseas market competition and the development of business scale , management of information technology is to improve corporate governance, enhance competitiveness and effective way. This paper combines theory and management of information related to the development trend of information technology , according to the characteristics of the company's management group from the group control perspective to build management information system . Paper first analyzes the Group 's management and the information technology application status, combed fully comprehensive group company management information needs, develop a group of information technology management objectives and the overall planning, proposal of building integration and scalability of information collaborative management platform , to achieve the integration of heterogeneous information management system , establish a clear strong operational management information construction blueprint . Paper and then from the group control perspective on the management of information technology focus on the content of the program design , and information management program implementation and security to develop the appropriate measures and countermeasures , eventually forming a relatively complete for group management and control model of the company management information building programs. In this thesis, in accordance with general questions , analyze problems and problem-solving ideas gradually, papers innovation lies in the perspective of the group control design enterprise management information construction program .
