Abstract

Supplier Quality Management is the key part of the modern quality management, and directly related to the performance and suppliers. Suppliers in the forefront of the enterprise value chain, but throughout the whole process of corporate value creation. Supplier quality directly affects the quality of the operation of the entire enterprise. This article is the in-depth study the BBA existing supplier quality management system, combined with the upcoming new customized production patterns, and recommendations on how to improve the proposed the BBA companies supplier quality management system. Firstly, from the theory outlined four aspects of the history of the development of supplier quality management, supplier quality management significance, characteristics and strategies of supply chain quality management, project quality management, and auto parts factory production model.
