Abstract


Social and economic continuous development, continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the domestic automobile number in a straight line, automobile quality concern7425Rubber Co., Ltd., Nanjing has a long history of specializing in auto hose production for many years, improve product quality stability naturally become a priority.Project quality management concept, many years ago had already been made, mainly referring to monitor project deliverables and project implementation process to ensure compliance with the relevant standards and requirements, while ensuring unqualified items are properly removed.Six Sigma is the world’s most popular, highest attention to management methods, a large number of well-known enterprises at home and abroad are benefited. In this paper, the quality of project management as the starting point, elaborated Six Sigma management methods implemented in the enterprise approach to a case, to elaborate on the specific business practices in the implementation of this management approach.This paper introduces the project background, and then a brief description of the Six Sigma methodology in the domestic situation, and then details the theoretical knowledge of Six Sigma and its DMAIC model, and this method for a vehicle hydraulic brake tube method enforcement cases were finally successful achieve the objectives. DMAIC is a method through the corresponding definitions, yield, analyze, improve and control the five stages, with the project to promote gradual, hierarchical solve the problem.
