Abstract


At present , the national investment competition is becoming increasingly fierce , the old investment management model has been difficult to adapt to environmental changes , some local governments have begun to use information technology tools to improve the level of e-government . Tiexi complex government investment agencies and tasks , traditional investment management mode can not meet the investment needs under the new situation . Therefore , the combined the Tiexi investment actual work situation , planning a complete investment management information systems , both to improve efficiency , but also save the cost of government investment , has the effectiveness of investment work is imperative. Start from the Tiexi District Investment Management Information Status and business process status quo , to summarize the existing investment management , and analysis of the causes of the problem .
