Abstract

China from the 1990s began to introduce the idea of ??circular economy, and in the theoretical study and practical application of the deepening. Circular economy as a new economic forms, the core features through the efficient use of resources and recycling, to solve environmental problems and promote sustainable economic and social development. Recycling economy minimization (reduce), recycling (reuse), recycling (recycle) principle, with low consumption, low emission, high efficiency basic characteristics, in line with our concept of sustainable development is to implement the scientific concept of development the transformation of economic growth mode of the important measures for solving structural problems in China's economic development, alleviate bottlenecks in energy resources constraints and other issues have a very important role. Therefore, to effectively crack the construction of urban environmental problems, the only correct choice is to use the concept of circular economy vigorously build an ecological civilization, before the pollution control, preventive measures, to be truly conducive to people's livelihood. This paper is divided into four parts.
