Abstract


Employment is Minshengzhiben. The employment problem is both a major economic issue, but also a major social issues and political issues. Paper based on the basic theory of employment economics, In contrast foreign employment issues and employment policy on the basis of analyzes of the employment situation, including a summary of the past, as well as of our society's current employment situation and employment policies; profiling which Problems, sum up the experience to draw upon, final policy recommendations formed certain forward-looking and operability. The paper analyzes the employment policy of the theoretical and practical significance, from elaborate employment connotation start, public choice theory as the theoretical basis, occupy a more detailed study information based on a combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, mathematical statistics, as well as analog summarized analytical methods, drawing on the experience of India, Brazil and Japan, and comprehensive system of employment policy.
