Abstract


Face the challenges of deteriorating natural environment , enterprise resource access increasingly difficult predicament, consumer demand for increasingly diverse requirements, companies must seek new profit source , then reverse logistics are more and more countries and companies to survive , but status of implementation of reverse logistics not ideal , is one of the major uncertainties in reverse logistics itself makes reverse logistics risks significantly enlarged. In view of this , the paper in reverse logistics and risk management theory , based on early warning , early warning of enterprise reverse logistics risk management are discussed. This article first proposed the research background and significance of reverse logistics scholars summarize the research status ; based reverse logistics connotation , characteristics and content of proposed risk management early warning early warning of risks of reverse logistics connotation and characteristics of reverse logistics and risk identification, risk warning establish reverse logistics processes and systems architecture ; risk identification in reverse logistics initially built on the basis of reverse logistics risk warning indicator system , sorting through data obtained from the questionnaire and the use of SPSS software to conduct initial screening indicator system to get the final index system ; in comparison with other risk assessment methods , select the BP neural network to build enterprise reverse logistics risk assessment model, using MATLAB 6.5 for model creation , training and testing, the data obtained through the questionnaire verify the applicability of the model ; Depending on the level of risk control measures put forward the corresponding pre- formed enterprise risk warning system reverse logistics countermeasures libraries. The established reverse logistics risk early warning system designed to provide a system for enterprises , scientific and reasonable risk early warning management tools to circumvent the risk of reverse logistics system and reduce the loss of reverse logistics enterprises , and promote the implementation of reverse logistics .
