Abstract


Enterprises through the process of modernization of enterprise modernization is lagging behind developed a common feature of the modern enterprise. The essence of the modern enterprise is the enterprise of the modern enterprise competitiveness of enterprises, because the modern enterprise on behalf of the basic characteristics of the advanced social productive forces. The hard targets enterprise modernization both enterprise competitiveness, but also the soft indicators of corporate governance, social responsibility and humanistic care of employees and the environment. Modernization is a very old research topic, but from microscopic point of view of enterprise modernization level evaluation is either still stuck in the empty goal, or equivalent industrialization, information technology, management modernization, there is little-to-business comprehensive determination of the level of modernization and quantify. In this paper, the analysis of the modern manufacturing enterprises, the establishment of the index system and comprehensive evaluation method for evaluation of the level of modernization of manufacturing enterprises. And Chongqing Jianshe Industry Group as the case its modernization level evaluation, by comparison with the industry advanced enterprises identify their own problems and recommend solutions that continue to improve the level of enterprise modernization. The main research work the following aspects: 1, at home and abroad, about enterprise modernization and the modernization level of evaluation theory based on the analysis of the characteristics of the manufacturing enterprise modernization, the establishment of the index system for the evaluation of the level of modernization of manufacturing enterprises, and indicators connotation to explain and build each index calculation method. 2, according to the relationship between the characteristics of the weighting of the index system programs and levels of indicators, through the analysis of existing commonly used indicator system right weight calculation method to determine the Analytic Hierarchy Process manufacturing enterprise modernization level evaluation index system weight. Use of existing data to build the level of modernization of the manufacturing enterprise evaluation index. 3, comprehensive evaluation methods and indicators dimensionless comprehensive evaluation method. 4 Chongqing Jianshe Industry Group, review the evaluation of the target and its level of modernization project to enhance enterprise modernization. Comprehensive evaluation system of the level of modernization of manufacturing enterprises established comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis of the Construction Industry Group, Chang'an Group, the level of modernization of the Grand River Group. Finally, suggestions and countermeasures to improve the level of modernization of the Construction Industry Group. Finally, some conclusions and proposed some outlook on future research work.
