Abstract


Entered the era of knowledge economy, knowledge following the human, labor, capital, increasingly evolved as the most important unique resources. The competition between the modern enterprise also will dramatically change occurs gradually shift from the traditional form of human, labor, and capital as the main competition for knowledge as the main competition form. Cooperation between enterprises innovation has become a strategic choice for enterprise knowledge innovation. Collaborative innovation process requires the cooperative members to effectively carry out the exchange of knowledge, dissemination, diffusion and sharing, cooperative enterprise to each other's knowledge and ability as a shared platform to continue to enhance cooperation and innovation, vitality and competitiveness. Knowledge transfer as an endogenous process of cooperation and innovation, is active behavior based on cooperation and innovation objectives. Spread knowledge and information flow in the process of knowledge transfer ability to quickly and smoothly, in co-operation between enterprises flow affect the success or failure of cooperation and innovation has become critical. Less research on cooperation and innovation among enterprises knowledge transfer from the retrieved literature. This study involves the participation of elements from the knowledge transfer process starting Cummings Teng knowledge transfer influencing factors on the basis of the framework, building inter-enterprise cooperation and innovation knowledge transfer performance impact of the conceptual model of the factors, and from the transfer of knowledge characteristics, four levels of knowledge source enterprise characteristics, knowledge the receptor enterprise features and knowledge transfer situational characteristics, an empirical analysis of the relationship between the factors influencing knowledge transfer among cooperative innovation and knowledge transfer performance. This study addresses two questions: the main factor to influence cooperative innovation knowledge transfer; performance of the role of the degree of influence factors for the transfer of knowledge between cooperation and innovation enterprise. In this study, obtained the following four conclusions: Conclusion First, at the level of the transfer of knowledge characteristics, knowledge ambiguity and cooperation between the innovative enterprise knowledge transfer performance showed a significant positive correlation; Conclusion The level of knowledge source enterprise features, knowledge source the performance of knowledge transfer between enterprises transfer capacity and cooperation in innovative enterprises presents significant positive correlation, while the knowledge source enterprise's transfer willingness of cooperative innovation knowledge transfer performance impact, did not reach a significant level; Conclusion Three, in the knowledge of receptor level of enterprise features, the absorption of knowledge receptor enterprise wishes, knowledge transfer performance in the absorptive capacity of the same cooperation and innovation among enterprises showed a significant positive correlation; Conclusion IV transfer relations between the two sides the main level of the transfer of situational characteristics, distance, knowledge of distance, culture distance between cooperation and innovation enterprise knowledge transfer performance showed a significant negative correlation.
