Abstract


With continuously push forward the process of economic globalization, trade liberalization, the constant increase in environmental protection issues as the cross-border flow of capital and commodities rapidly evolved into a global problem. Economic activities are becoming more frequent, and the transfer of the factors of production as well as production and lifestyle changes, and allows us to enjoy improved living standards brought about by the economic prosperity, is also facing serious environmental problems: poles of the ozone hole to expand due to ultraviolet light to strengthen greenhouse gas emissions cause global warming, over-exploitation of forest and mineral resources led to soil erosion, waste generation and emissions of highly polluting industries and waste lead to pollution of the air, water and soil ... more and more of Wild Fauna and Flora extinction of species, many gradual depletion of non-renewable resources, suffered serious damage to the environment for survival. This has prompted people to begin to think seriously about the relationship between economic growth and environmental protection, and international trade is an important factor stimulating economic growth, therefore, how to promote the development of international trade and environmental protection coordination has also become one of the people of the important issues. This article is from the point of view of international trade and environmental protection on the theoretical basis of the impact of international trade on the environment and the domestic and international impact of international trade on the environment related research, in close connection with the background and realities of China's national conditions, expounded China export trade and environment interactions affect the status quo, found that China's export trade complex impact on the environment. Subsequently, we draw on the results of previous studies, the establishment of China's manufacturing model the effect of the impact on the environment, through the empirical analysis of China's export trade to the environmental impact of scale, structure effect and effect analysis of export trade through different paths such as opening up to the outside world, the trade structure, foreign direct investment, domestic investment and human capital, the impact of the environment and its problems in. For the existence of these problems, the harmonious development of countermeasures to promote China's export trade and the environment, including: further reform and opening up, and actively participate in the international division of labor; consolidated various measures policies to optimize the structure of the domestic industry; attracting foreign direct investment, and promote technical premium improve; guide the flow of domestic investment to accelerate the development of economic health; efforts to enhance human capital, promotion of cleaner production; improve environmental protection laws and regulations, strengthen government functions.
