Abstract


Accompanied by nature cyclical natural movement, human mobility, intensification of production activities as well as the deterioration of the natural environment, a large natural disasters have occurred and caused heavy losses brought disaster for people a tremendous negative impact, it restricts the development of the economy, disrupt the normal order of society, have brought a large or small impact and influence on the stability and development of a country and neighboring countries and even the world. Therefore, the effective implementation of disaster relief, and protect the basic livelihood of the affected people and restore the normal order of life is an important part of the social assistance system. In this context, the study and analysis of the situation of social assistance in the post-disaster reconstruction, will help us a deeper understanding of the social assistance system, the results achieved in the implementation process, ways of facing the problems and solutions. Professor Li Huashen National Social Science Foundation - \With more than 600 local villagers, the members of the investigation during the investigation team conducted a questionnaire survey and case interview, get a lot of first-hand information. And on this basis, the use of statistical methods of interactive classification, analysis of variance, made a systematic study of the social assistance status of the local people in disaster areas. The thesis is divided into five chapters. First describes the background, purpose and significance of this study, a detailed summary of the survey design; followed by the key concepts of the theory and the research literature review and summary; body part of the preliminary outlines the individual characteristics of the post-disaster groups and descriptive analysis of the post-disaster conditions and the satisfaction of the Wenchuan region, while the rescue in the form of individual characteristics interact classification and to prepare for the study of the impact of social assistance satisfaction factors; through analysis of variance and independent samples T-test statistics learning methods, analysis of the individual characteristics of the effects of Social Assistance, in-depth study of the relationship between the victims of the satisfaction of social assistance and influence factors. Finally, the summary of the full text, draw conclusions and make some simple suggestions. The full text of the findings: (l) the gender and age of unemployment assistance satisfaction degrees have close contact, the other major social relief evaluation without significantly stimulating effect; (2) by the education level of unemployment assistance satisfaction degree with a significant forward impact (3) The income level of satisfaction of medical assistance and unemployment assistance there are varying degrees of impact; (4) different ethnic types did not show the impact of the the disaster groups social assistance Satisfaction.
