Abstract


The 21st century is the era of competition about the persons with ability. Therefore, the enterprise’s competition is actually about the persons with ability. The enterprise must occupy many unique and valuable human resources, especially knowledge people. For the modern enterprise, the flow of the persons with ability is very frequently, lack of them is a problem becoming more and more serious. Many enterprises are strongly aware that the competition of persons has become the focus of competition. If enterprise wants to attract and retain the persons with ability, the problem must be solved firstly is increasing employees satisfaction, accordingly fosters employees’identity and adscription to enterprise, strengthen the centripetal force of employee for enterprise continuously. Therefore, how to measure and survey the satisfaction degree of employees, and improve the management for the satisfaction degree of employees has become the problem which must be solved by modern enterprise.In this essay, based on the literature, using interviews and survey methods, from the company’s prospects, employment situation, management systems, pay and benefits, performance evaluation, nature of work, corporate culture, leadership, personal development dimensions of Guangzhou GC limited analysis of employee satisfaction, and employee satisfaction and turnover intention relationship were studied. Studies have shown that GC Technology Co., Ltd. Guangzhou overall employee satisfaction in general, especially in pay and benefits, personal development, performance evaluation, the development prospects of the company showed a lower satisfaction, the nature of work, management systems, employment conditions, corporate culture in higher satisfaction.Based on the theory and practice of employee satisfaction study, GC Technology Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou to provide some reference to employee satisfaction management to improve enterprise efficiency.
