Abstract

The sludge dewatering effective reduction of the sludge. But the city sewage treatment plant sludge dewatering efficiency is not high. Usually need to sludge dehydration before dosing medicine to improve sludge dewatering performance. The sludge dewatering Pharmacy organic synthetic polymers, cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), dehydration better, but degradation products and acrylamide monomer are detrimental to the environment. Therefore, the development of environment-friendly natural polymer sludge dewatering agent prepared to become the focus of attention. Ceric ammonium nitrate initiator prepared two types of chitosan-graft copolymer the CTS-AM-DMDAAC and CTS-St-DMDAAC. The synthesis conditions optimized for the Investigation of the graft ratio and graft efficiency, the sludge dewatering performance of the two types of graft copolymers are increased as the respective graft ratio increases. Therefore, the papers were screened out the highest grafting ratio CTS-AM-DMDAAC and CTS-St-DMDAAC as sludge dehydrating agent used in sludge dewatering, chemical detection methods were used and the structure of the infrared spectra of the two types of sludge dewatering agent characterized confirmed monomer successfully grafted onto the skeleton. The two graft copolymerization sludge dehydrating agent sludge dewatering performance than graft copolymer good skeleton chitosan molecules. Respective optimum dosage the CTS-AM-DMDAAC's, cake moisture minimum 74.0% more than the resistance minimum value of 5.04 × 10 11 m / kg, and filtrate turbidity minimum cake moisture for 9.61NTU; CTS-St-DMDAAC's, the minimum is 80.1%, the specific resistance minimum value of 5.75 × 10 11 m / kg, turbidity minimum value 30.5NTU. CPAM optimum dosage the CTS-AM-DMDAAC's, dehydration effect CPAM CTS-St-DMDAAC worse than CPAM, but with increasing dosage, CTS-St-DMDAAC sludge dewatering performance can achieve optimal than CPAM dosage better. Sludge the two chitosan graft copolymer conditioning after the nylon cloth filter still showed good sludge dewatering performance, and therefore suitable for sludge dewatering machinery. The separate dosing graft copolymer as the higher cost of sludge dewatering agents, papers polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and the two graft copolymer composite chemical dosing a small amount of chitosan graft copolymer under can achieve the sludge dewatering good effect. To achieve the same effect of dehydration, the separate dosing the the graft copolymer sludge dehydration, the CTS-AM-DMDAAC the cost lower than that of CPAM of CPAM The CTS-St-DMDAAC's, cost more than; with PAC composite two graft copolymer composite pharmaceutical costs are lower than the CPAM. Compound Pharmacy costs slightly higher than the CPAM, than the CPAM the sludge dewatering better effect. Therefore the PAC and two chitosan composite graft copolymer used for sludge dewatering environmental benefits economically viable.
