Abstract

The pickling goatskin as raw material, through a variety of tanning (chrome tanning, aldehyde tanning, vegetable tanned) and greasing (chlorinated paraffins plus fat, soy phospholipids fatliquoring sulphited soybean phospholipids fatliquoring) obtained sheep leather, these sheep leather absorbency at different temperatures, leather tanning, and the impact of the fatliquoring temperature of its water absorption behavior and Mechanism, analysis of the thermodynamics and kinetics of the process of leather absorbent behavior. The water absorption short time by measuring samples of water absorption in different times, to draw the water uptake kinetics curves, not tanning process of water absorption of the sample can be divided into three stages: the first stage (2h within) the sample rapidly increases and reaches a maximum; second stage (2-10h before), the water absorption of the sample decreased and approaches a certain value, the third phase (10h) Sample Water absorption changes little and dynamic equilibrium. Tanning and greasing the water absorption of the sample curve and not tanned similar, but as the temperature increases, the latter two phases become less easy to distinguish. Tanning the water absorption of the sample is much greater than the other samples, tanning weakened to different degrees of water absorption capacity of the sheep leather. Sample of three tanning tanning, vegetable tanned equilibrium water absorption of the sample specimens with a minimum of chrome tanning. Fatliquoring little sheep leather sample water absorption. The sample of the three fatliquoring, the water absorption of the chlorinated paraffin fatliquoring sample alkylene sulfated the soybean phospholipid fatliquoring sample water absorption minimum. Equilibrium water absorption varies in different parts of the sheep leather, abdomen equilibrium water absorption of the sample is much smaller than the sample of neck and shoulder and hip back. Vegetable tanned sample porosity in all sample max, sulfited the soybean phospholipid fatliquoring sample minimum. Temperature of sheep leather sample water absorption is more complex, and elevated temperature increase the sheep leather water absorption rate of the sample, but it reduces the equilibrium water absorption of the sample. The the sheep leather sample absorption process is essentially three force balance process, ion osmotic pressure, the greater the greater affinity with water, the equilibrium water absorption of the sample; greater the crosslink density of the sample, the water absorption smaller. The paper also studied the sample water uptake kinetics of chrome tanning process. Select a rate model and the second-order rate Lagergren model analysis of the dynamic process of water absorption, and the second-order rate model can well fit the experimental data, the coefficient of determination greater than 0.99, the predictive value of the equilibrium water absorption with The measured values ??are very close. Instructions the sheep leather sample water absorption process chemisorption, also second-order kinetic model can be used to describe the dynamic processes, and to predict the equilibrium water absorption.
