The service of express enterprise goes deeper into people’s life gradually with the fact of rapid development of society and economy, but it also have many problems in the process of service, the logistics capability will become the key factor of express enterprises’ sustained development . Research of home and abroad about express delivery internal logistics operation ability sees not much at present , the main core of the paper is composed just in order to analyse the relationship of express company’s logistics capability and supply chain performance.This analysis supply chain logistics capability through the elements combined with the characteristics of express delivery companies in the supply chain from the time、cost、quality and flexibility of a new interpretation of the four dimensions of corporate meaning and the role of logistics capability characteristics.And the establishment of logistics capabilities and supply chain of express companies performance relationship model.The empirical conclusions of the final indicators of the dimensions of the express and reasonable weight capacity of enterprises to improve their logistics operations to provide a scientific reference.The empirical investigation of this article goes into the customer’s point of view.And the level of supply chain performance through feedback to guide the operation of express logistics company found inadequate management capacity and the relevant indicators of the direction of improvement and adjustment of supply chain performance and competitiveness.
