Abstract


Social Impact Assessment is an indispensable part of the construction project evaluation . Social impact assessment will help to ensure the construction project is placed social environment of mutual coordination and reduce the short-term behavior of investment and blind construction practices , and is conducive to the rational use of resources and rationalize the regional distribution of economic . Social impact assessment of the highway construction project there are still many to be the perfect place , the Qinghai highway construction projects to carry out social impact assessment study . The first evaluation of the theory in the social impact of the highway construction project analysis, including highway construction projects social impact assessment definition , characteristics and principles , the need for research , evaluation and basic methods ; Then, research in Qinghai Province highway construction and socio-economic development , on the basis of the analysis of the of Qinghai Province socio-economic development status quo , to explore the internal relations of the socio-economic development in Qinghai Province and transportation construction and highway in Qinghai Province, socio-economic development process construction points ; once again , to build a highway construction projects in Qinghai Province social impact assessment index system , analysis of the social impact assessment index system of highway construction projects in Qinghai Province in qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators ; Finally, the study and formulation of Qinghai Province highway construction projects and social impact assessment of qualitative indicators score, and build a qualitative assessment of the social impact assessment of the highway construction projects in Qinghai Province , in the comparative analysis of the social impact of highway construction projects based on the input-output model and econometric models on the basis of the assessment method to construct a simple and practical method of quantitative assessment of the social impact of the Qinghai highway construction projects based on consumption coefficient .
