Abstract


At present, China 's urban passenger transport resources both showed a relative lack of experiencing relative surplus paradox consume a lot of resources to obtain the maximum transport efficiency and effectiveness . Relatively independent operation between the various modes of transport within the urban transport system , failed to form effective coordination and joint and also overall lack of rational decision-making . Ability to achieve the efficient allocation of resources of the transportation system , is a very critical issue in the development of transportation in China , and is also an urgent need to solve the problem . Firstly, define the scope of the concept of urban passenger transport, transport system resources , resource allocation and other related describes the current situation and characteristics of urban passenger transport , analysis of the transport system resource configuration of the development of ideas and our transportation system resource configuration exist problem ; then build according to the meaning and characteristics of the transportation system of resource allocation problems and difficulties exist for urban passenger transportation allocation of resources evaluation index system , the evaluation index system of urban passenger transport system resource allocation ; Finally, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the establishment of a model of urban passenger transport system resource configuration evaluation and calculation and analysis of the examples . Present, configure the evaluation index system of urban passenger transport system resources still remain in the exploration and demonstration phase , less traffic evaluation of the effect of resource allocation . Papers through the establishment of evaluation index system of urban passenger transport system of resource allocation and constructed to meet the practical requirements of the evaluation model , so as to form a complete set of urban passenger transport system resource configuration evaluation technology system has some theoretical value and practical significance .
