There is a close correlation between the atmosphere environment and crew’s life in the cabin of ships and warships. When it comes to the ships, warships, especially submarine, the harmful gases of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, aliphatic hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon and halohydrocarbon will heavily affect crew’s work and life. The air purifier is mainly used to get rid of the noxious gases so that it could meet the need of cabin condition.Speaking to some modules in the submarine, which belong to the closed environment too, the carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbon are likely to accumulate in those places. These harmful gases also need to be swept away topically by the help of air purifier. But the carbon dioxide is difficult to remove. However, the air purifiers located in these places must promote their own purifying capacity and noise level due to the longer submarine navigation and higer vibritional and noise level.Hence, the air purifier need to be modified.In order to increase the carbon dioxide treatment capacity, the purifying materials need to be updated to the better ones. This thesis innovatively introduces the technique of molecular simulation to the reaearch and development field of marine devices. In this article the basic compononts of force field, boundary conditions and truncation radius are presented and the method of Monte Carlo is especially focused on. At last, the performance of carbon dioxide adsorbed by 13X-APG zeolite is simulated statically with the help of the principle of importance sampling. During the simulation, the model of 13X-APG zeolite is built up and the force field of carbon dioxide and zeolite is testified. Using this force field, the adsorption performance of pure carbon dioxide and the competitive adsorption performance of mixture gased of carbon dioxide, nitrogen and dioxide are simulated successively. Two points are concluded. Firstly, 13X-APG zeolite barely absorbs nitrogen and oxide. So it could be used to adsob carbon dioxide and purify the air. Secondly, its carbon dioxide adsorption performance deducted greatly when the temperature rises.Furthermore, this thesis introduces the improving design of the module-based air purifier. According to the increase of the carbon dioxide treatment capacity, the related calculation is conducted to harfly extend the volume of the purifier and the structure of filter and shell is modified too. Then the inlet and outlet of the purifier is promoted correspondingly due to the higer noise level.This paper not only improves the structure of air purifier, but also covers the shortage of purification parameters of the saled materials due to using the teqnique of molecular simulation. The thesis also provides the reasonable basis of selecting materials for the manufacturals without paying great labour physical and finacial resources into the expenriment work. Most of all, the method of importance sampling and Monte Carlo using in this thesis has the extensive reference value in solving the higer dimensional problems.
