Abstract

Liver cancer is the common purpose of a serious threat to human life and health of the malignant tumor, early diagnosis is low, highly malignant and high mortality. Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is a less invasive, the effect of fast, safe and effective minimally invasive treatment for liver cancer. RFA in killing tumor tissue, while inevitable damage to normal tissues and produce certain side effects in patients after RFA generally fever, elevated transaminases or Yin Yin toxic hot warm card phenomenon. Comprehensive treatment currently used to reduce adverse effects and improve efficacy, Integrative Medicine is one of the important part. Present in only a few cases reported in medical research, and the lack of systematic research, normative. Cyclic nucleotides (cAMP, cGMP) is an important intracellular second messenger in the cell's metabolism, gene regulation, proliferation, differentiation, and have an important role. In vivo metabolic disorders, can cause cell differentiation, proliferation abnormalities, leading to body dysfunction. Cortisol (CORT) is a steroid hormone involved in the body under physiological conditions conducive to a variety of metabolic processes and tissue repair, CORT increased under stress the body can adjust and adapt to environmental disturbances, is conducive to remission and recovery, but Excessive increase or decrease can lead to excessive metabolic disorders and suppress the immune response and other complications. This experiment used VX2 squamous cell lines were established using rabbit liver transplant xenograft animal model parallel RFA treatment, testing RFA rabbit liver VX2 tumor before and after surgery and medicine Yin antitoxic capsule before and after intervention blood, liver and kidney function, CORT, cAMP, cGMP dynamic changes in the light microscope after the intervention of liver histopathology changes were observed Law Yin antitoxic liver transplantation tumor model reaction after RFA explore the effect of RFA treatment of tumors and Chinese medicine to improve the therapeutic effect of RFA the possible molecular mechanisms. Methods and results of Experiment 1 Methods 40 New Zealand white rabbits using rabbit liver transplantation xenograft model. Divided into four groups: A prevention group; B group therapy group; C group antibiotic group; D group blank group. In the B-guided RFA treatment, after two weeks the animals were killed and liver biopsy done in light microscope to detect blood and liver and kidney function before and after treatment changes. Results A, B, C group showed a large number of cell coagulation necrosis, blood, liver and kidney function changes were statistically significant (p lt; 0.05); B, C group showed a small amount of inflammatory cells, particularly at night in order to group C, D group unchanged. Experiment 2 Methods 40 New Zealand white rabbits using rabbit liver transplantation xenograft model, are: A group of Chinese intervention group, B group RF group, C group, model group, D group blank group, the B-guided RFA treatment , 1 day before surgery, and postoperative 1,3,5,7 days testing CORT, cAMP, cGMP dynamics. Results CORT after RFA ubiquitous cAMP and elevated, cGMP reduces the phenomenon, Chinese Yin antitoxic capsule can be significantly increased cAMP, cGMP and to reduce CORT fluctuate within the appropriate range. Conclusions In this study, rabbit liver transplantation successfully established xenograft animal model, B-guided RFA treatment, Chinese medicine Yin antitoxic capsule was found possible by increasing cAMP, cGMP and start reducing the human body and activate the HPA to make a second messenger CORT fluctuations within the appropriate range to reduce or alleviate the damage to normal tissue and improve RFA treatment.
