Abstract


Real estate industry is very crucial in the national economy and social development. Thesustained and healthy development of the real estate market can effectively expand domesticdemand, promote the economic growth to improve people’s life and maintain the social stability.However, in recent years, along with the development of the industry in Hebei province, a lot ofproblems as the growth of the vacancy rate and the house price emerge gradually. On the otherhand, the overheat of the real estate can cause much waste of land resources, nervous supply ofbuilding materials, financial risk, price rising and many other problems, and ultimately cause realestate bubble and damage the national economic and social development. Therefore, the gameanalysis of the three main bodies in real estate market ( local government, real estate developersand consumers) and methods to improve the health of the market is now veryurgent.This article mainly studies the market efficiency and the game analysis. We collected and didresearch on the real estate market in Hebei province to get the result of its effectiveness and theexistence of information asymmetry phenomenon in the market. Through the tripartite gamematrix, sequential equilibrium method, we established mathematical models and get the threebodies’game strategies and their profit matrix in order to get the sequential equilibrium. At lastwe give some reasonable suggestions so to improve the efficiency of the real estate market.
