Abstract


Judicial practice , the trial of the case of real estate registration involves not only the property rights registration certificate issued by the registration authority of property rights and the effectiveness of judicial review , and also cross-cutting issues relating to civil and administrative cases , real estate disputes, administrative and civil cross cases in judicial existence of the problem , including the standard of review of the Court of the registration authority recognized inconsistencies may occur caused by non-uniform judiciary , civil and administrative related cases were heard involving the waste of judicial resources , civil, administrative and adhere to a different standard of review is the lack of interaction increase the parties v. verdict contradicts , both caused by the confusion of the parties , it also undermines the seriousness and authority of the administration of justice . From the judicial practice and reality needs to resolve civil , administrative cross cases plight fundamental way is to build the second instance one \the standard of judicial review , the establishment of real estate disputes, civil and administrative litigation unified ' guidance system and judge' s interpretation system , be dealt with jointly determined by the same judicial organization of the administrative part of the civil part of production , together or separately , the verdict on the verdict .
