Abstract


Law is a practical and highly technical social science . For a long time , in a law undergraduate education , embodies the practical course of legal education practical and technical not been given due attention as a new type of practical teaching : digital mock court , in a new round of curriculum reform unprecedented opportunities. Domestic Higher Legal professional digitizing analog courts to build , but the author survey has found that , the current domestic digitized analog court building and practical application exist many problems , digitized analog courts of the building should be is the teaching service of therefore , norms digitized Moot Court building and digital mock court application of theory and practice , should be given adequate attention . In this study, survey method , questionnaire method literature and Case analysis and other research methods , from the practical teaching of the relevant concepts of the study , the digitized analog court 's construction application status quo and the author 's school digitized analog court 's construction and application start design the questionnaire for digitized Moot Court application and evaluation of students , teachers , have launched of digitized analog court . This study attempts to teaching examples from the author of the units in the digitized analog Court , teaching development and curriculum evaluation to identify the digitized analog courts in the actual teaching to identify ways and means to solve the problem , and in this basis, to further explore the the University Digital Moot Court building ideas and mechanisms reference and antiwar ideas for similar institutions in practical teaching in Law and Law lab the digitized analog court building .
