Abstract


The minors Crime is a prominent issue in the current social order . Prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency has become a world facing problems . Criminal policy , countries generally pay more attention to the correction of offenses against minors and protection efforts to play down the penalty . Minors concept of community corrections , rational understanding of the state ought to minors Community Corrections . How to more effectively promote juvenile offenders to community corrections depth of our traditional concepts and methods of execution of punishment proposed new requirements , that is what should be \the first chapter of the point of view of the law should be given special protection to minors , and the importance of community corrections for juvenile delinquent ; Chapter II through the comparison of different law enforcement philosophy and minors Community Corrections status quo analysis , pointed out the significance of the established by the concept of minors Community Corrections correct ; fourth chapter of the third chapter describes the development and experience of community correction system and the concept of the United States, Britain , New Zealand and other countries minors practices; determine our analysis of the impact of the concept of community corrections factors in the minors , that our minors deficiencies in the system of community corrections ; Chapter Perfection of minors community correctional system recommendations .
