Abstract


In recent years, with the Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as \They have become an important family zone. 'The majority of migrant workers, young people aged 18-35. Text is divided into four parts: The first chapter briefly describes the zone constituted of migrant youth, they are at work, housing, communication and learning and training aspects of the situation, in terms of employment and rights difficulties, as well as their thoughts awareness of the status quo; second chapter mainly through foreign to the problems of young workers comparison and analysis of government in the management of migrant youth to study the main problems, understand their trends and government services in the management and can learn from the experience; chapter introduces domestic and foreign governments in the management of migrant workers in the relevant theories and successful experience, combined with a brief analysis of the actual conduct; Chapter migrant youth through the development zone management Experience, sum extract migrant youth in our government management, service and work advice: First, how to strengthen the foreign government's management of the young workers, migrant youth through the establishment of working committees, the relevant government departments to strengthen contacts and cooperation, They co-ordinate management; establish a sound working system, strengthen migrant youth employment, schooling of children, rights protection, housing, business and other aspects of the system construction, further optimization of migrant youth employment, entrepreneurial environment; improve the living conditions of migrant youth, a multi-level housing security system, for them to implement centralized management, the formation of living conditions in an orderly manner to achieve. The second is how the Government actively and effectively carry out the work of migrant youth can take allocated special funds to support migrant youth working committees; strengthen and improve the work of safeguarding rights, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant youth; to provide learning and training of migrant youth to meet their own development needs; create a good atmosphere, rich leisure life of migrant youth and other measures. Third, the government on how to better serve migrant youth development, can be undertaken to create service brand, innovation management model migrant youth; initiate contact to ask needs to engage in service activities in order to promote economic and social development of youth services; migrant youth groups in cultured young backbone, through their drive and influence the majority of migrant youth, to assist the Government to manage; to volunteer service as the entry point for migrant youth services community to provide conditions; identify breakthrough services for migrant youth development booster ; properly solve the problem of migrant children and children left behind in education issues, remove their worries and other aspects of the work to achieve.
