Abstract


Independent oversight of this thesis research to the theory of ethicsbased on the system described the meaning and significance of theIndependent Commission Against supervision, and on this basis,objective and impartial evaluation of supervision at all times and cleanthe basic content of thought and lessons learned, through the dialecticsummed extracted with common ideas and experience of the IndependentCommission Against supervision, combined with the actual situation ofour existing theoretical thinking.This thesis is based on the theory of ethics, in-depth analysis of themeaning and significance of Independent oversight, and concluded onthis basis the system clean at all times and monitor the basic content ofthought and lessons learned, through the dialectic summed extract ideasand principles common to, the current situation in our country to makecertain theoretical thinking.This article is divided into the following sections:The first part of the system describes the purpose and meaning ofarticle topics, as well as domestic and foreign scholars Independentoversight of the related research.The second part of the basic theory of Independent oversight ofresearch, including: Independent supervision and basic content of theresolution; Independent supervision of the main objects and theirrelationships; Independent analysis of the ethics oversight function.The third section reviews the development history of China’sIndependent monitoring context, Independent supervision of thedialectical process of lessons learned, including: Independent SupervisionThought in Ancient China production; Independent oversight of China’smodern social thought; and thinking of the Chinese Communist PartyIndependent monitoring new developments.The fourth part of the Independent Commission Against supervisionof foreign reference, Independent oversight of foreign ideas in theory andpractice of research, including: Independent oversight of foreign thinkersand brilliant expositions on foreign supervision of the IndependentCommission Against exploration, foreign reference for the IndependentCommissionAgainst Supervisory Practice. The fifth part discusses how to improve our Independent oversightissues. Independent monitoring should focus on China from the followingaspects: the establishment of a stable clean environment monitoringsystem; building punish one of the Independent monitoring system;culture of innovation through the promotion of honest self-reflection andself-discipline supervision, to improve the implementation of mechanismsrelated to the purpose of supervision.
