Abstract


Along with the spread of the concept of civil society on a global scale , non-governmental organizations play an increasingly important role on a global scale . In recent years , China's number of non-governmental organizations in a rapid increase in the areas of work are growing , based on its own in size and scope , organizational mechanisms , professional and technical advantages of non-governmental organizations , to respond to emergencies as well as in governance, social affairs play an increasingly important role , and they solve many government is not easy to solve the problem . But the current system of legal norms for non-governmental organizations in China is extremely incomplete , the strict registration restrictions as well as the dual management system seriously constrained the development of non-governmental organizations in China .
