Abstract


The 21st century,attention turned to the marine areas,at present,the world′s most coastal counteies have included the development and use of marine national development strategies.Dueto technical innovation and overall national strength,china′s rapid development of marine industry,coupled with the development of economic globalization,Hebei constructioninvestment group co.,ltd.survival and development will face unpredictable challenges andopportunities,how to grasp live”marine engineering”the opportunity to gorw and developthemselves and enhance their overall competitiveness,the company is an urgent need to addressthe problem.Learn from the planning study of this thesis,collaborative theory and theory of circulareconomy,in throry and reality,based on the construction of provincial investment and thedevelopment of marine engineering business strategy,strategin management theory,the use ofexternal factor evaluation matrix(EFE)and the internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE) summarizedthe province to build the external opportunities to vote,clearly their own strengths andweaknesses,and evaluated to demonstrate the feasibility of the project,and finally proposes theproject to market strategies and paths,and security measures,hoping to cast a reference to thebuilding.
