Abstract


High-level beach volleyball athletes in physical skills and tactical ability gap is gradually narrowing, and psychological factors are in the game the most destabilizing factor affecting the performance of athletes technology. The good quality of sports psychology will enable athletes to have a better control of the game, the technical level is normal or even extraordinary play, the normal level of training athletes often poor quality of sport psychology can not play in the game. In many sports psychological factors, competition anxiety factors is an important one, which is also the athletes before the game the most common psychological experience. Currently, many theories of the relationship between home and abroad about the Competitive State Anxiety and athletic performance, the large number of relevant research literature. However, most of the research is mainly to stay in the relationship between the outcome of the game, different sports performance ranking grouping analysis, these studies on a theoretical discussion of some significance. But research is too abstract and difficult for the coaches and athletes in training and competition to provide a valid reference. Therefore, the combination of athletes Competitive State Anxiety spot technical performance to explore become a necessity. Multidimensional anxiety theory proposed by Martens (1982) as the basis, the main use of literature, psychological measurement, interviews, and mathematical statistics talented ShaPai athletes spot technical performance analysis. And case studies, and a deeper exploration of multidimensional perspective. The measurement of the Eleventh National Games beach volleyball athletes contest state anxiety Martens (Martens, 1990) prepared Competitive State Anxiety Inventory (CSAI-2), the the athlete spot technology performance data reference 11 Games beach volleyball research group. Competitive State Anxiety evaluation of influencing factors analysis is to investigate the Competition Anxiety important foundation and the spot technical performance relationship, I also participated in 11 Games beach volleyball Competitive State Anxiety factors were analyzed. The main results of this study for the following: a high level of beach volleyball athletes gender, exercise level Competitive State Anxiety difference; differences in educational level does not have a significant affect the Competitive State Anxiety. 2 high levels of state anxiety sand volleyball athletes race have some predictive capability of self-confidence component of athletic performance, moderate correlation; cognitive state anxiety was low correlation with athletic performance, and somatic state anxiety and athletic performance does not have a linear trend. 3 level beach volleyball athletes state the confidence component with spot performance significantly positively related to cognitive state anxiety component with which a negative correlation, the correlation coefficient is only moderate correlation; athletes somatic state anxiety component only serve the technical performance of the relatively apparent U-shaped relationship trends. Personality characteristics of the four high level of beach volleyball athletes, sports experience, Competitive State Anxiety also may be different, which also affect the technical performance of the athlete spot; sports experience factors important impact variables affect athletes cognitive state anxiety direction of interpretation. This article studies the results of the coaches and athletes in training and competition may have some reference value. Case studies Conclusion internal validity reliable. However, the sample size is too small, resulting in the case study results with a wide range of external validity, but research perspective and methods similar to the case study problem may have certain referential significance.
