Abstract


China's competitive sports awards with the transformation of the social and political changes, after the founding of New China, the reward system of competitive sports and gradually form development, but the progress of the times require competitive sports reward systems must conform to the trend, and constantly improve. This paper aims to the study of literature, comparative analysis and other research methods relevant theoretical and practical issues of the reward system of competitive sports in China. First, the general theory of sports awards specific interpretation demonstration, Secondly, longitudinal analysis of the history of our sport award, to explore the formation process of the reward system of competitive sports in China, and then analyze the status quo and problems of the reward system of China's competitive sports results draw: China's competitive sports awards mainly to government incentives, social incentives for supplementary form social rewards to some extent, the lack of effective national macroeconomic management and specification; sports government incentives, social incentives the focus tended Olympic active staff , but also due to over-drive the gold, resulting in a departure from the current competitive sports awards purpose and reward original intention; the sports system inside and outside the reward fusion, material rewards, spiritual reward implementation of diversification, but between the central and local the competitive sports awards major and minor unknown reward comparisons between the local and the local competitive sports, casual; reward continuously enrich the content, material rewards and spiritual rewards effective alumni objects demand is becoming more and more satisfied; reward efforts of the major events is also increasing, but limited incentive funding sources persists, the result of efforts to reward some of the officers is not enough, the bonus is not timely; addition, incentives to develop when the program becomes vacant, in practice, the absence of regulation, rewarded triggered negative effect can not be ignored. Finally, to improve our competitive sports system of incentives to do a number of ideas, it is recommended that a correct assessment of the situation to further improve the competitive sports award statutory requirements; establishment of a national sports awards at the overall supervision of competitive sports from macro reward work; role of the government social rewards positive effective combination of guidance, the role of macro-management; take short-term and long-term incentives, rewards and punishments combination of multi-dimensional enhance the incentive effect; develop scientific and rational service personnel, researchers work performance evaluation system, the calculation of the award criteria; national awards specifications, and strengthen national efforts to affect the reward; emphasis on ideological and political education of the athletes and coaches.
