Abstract

Rowing as one of the more popular water sports, the key techniques - pull the paddle technology direct impact on the achievements of the athletes. View of the status of research, researchers, starting from the perspective of kinematics, dynamics, physiology study, no analysis of research literature for key technology areas from the perspective of electrophysiology Rowing see, therefore, this paper mainly want comprehensive study of the kinematics with electrophysiology (EMG), high-level athletes in the Concept Ⅱ rowing ergometer, complete pull paddle technical action of nerve - muscle work characteristics, aims to identify the sport of rowing process in central and the relationship of the peripheral nervous system and muscle contraction, special training to guide the athletes looking for the optimized strength training means future reference. In our study, the Shanghai Water Sports Center 5 athlete-class rowers as subjects. Combined with the knee by collecting eight major muscle EMG, and athletes Concept Ⅱ rowing ergometer pull paddle action, the use of SONY-HDR-FX1E the camera and BIOVISION surface EMG acquisition system synchronization test. kinematic parameters, hip, elbow three joint angle and angular velocity change, comprehensive analysis completed pull paddle technical movements, muscle sEMG activity information, and thus reasoning the nerve to pull the paddle ergometer action - characteristics of muscle disposable. This article by sEMG and kinematic analysis, the main draw the following conclusions: 1 for the cyclical movement of the rowing, of pulling oars technology Concept Ⅱ ergometer action, whether it is from the kinematics or from myoelectric perspective, the principle of the muscle mainly follow the large muscle groups led the coordination of small muscle force, force consistent order, in the course of the campaign to establish a \Rowing pull paddle action, body, hair force turn performance: back muscles waist erector spinae first \contraction force. Full force with the kicking of the lower extremities and trunk after down coming to an end, and finally with the various muscles in the arm to the kicking of the legs and the upper body of the \pull paddle, during this period, the knee, the hip joint angle and angular velocity change substantially the same, the change is mainly reflected in the intermediate stage of the pull the paddle, while the trend of the elbow with the two different, and the variation is mainly reflected in the pull paddle cycle 60% of the later. 3 results from joint angular velocity changes again clear Concept Ⅱ ergometer pull paddle down firmly positive kick to the back and then bent arm pull paddle the entire process is continuous uninterrupted smooth afterburner. Pull the oars of the of 4 waist erector spinae Concept Ⅱ ergometer in EMG activity contribution, followed by a strong arm biceps EMG activity, and lower extremity muscles in the entire process of pulling oars phase to be smaller than the trunk and arms, especially the biceps femoris and tibialis anterior muscle EMG activity minimum, rectus femoris in the entire process, the EMG activity has always existed. Through this study, I recommended that future training should pay more attention to the erector spinae of the trunk on the waist and arm biceps as well as the lower extremity of the rectus femoris gastrocnemius medial prime muscle training, for each muscle specialized training methods, selected special training means to win more honors in the game.
