Abstract


Promote the reform of college physical education professional, to meet the development needs of the new situation, and to develop scientific and rational training program, train qualified sports teachers and future middle school PE teachers have the knowledge, ability, quality and reform school sports teaching supporting the necessary conditions. This article through the methods of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey, field observation method, comparative law, mathematical statistics and logical analysis method, the Shanghai Institute of Physical Education of Physical Education professional football special lesson prevailing culture program cultured goal, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching hours and appraisal, survey and study of the combination of the football special students practical ability and social needs, and to identify the presence of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education professional football special lesson existing training program problems and deficiencies. Research of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education professional football special lesson Trial training program, and Trial training program with the current training program, the current training program, the pilot training program with the Beijing Sports University, Wuhan Institute of Physical Education professional football special lesson cultured comparative analysis program to identify their common focus summarized the football special courses pilot training program reform Features and areas for improvement, as well as to continue to work towards. The conclusion of this study are as follows: the problems of the current training program of the Shanghai Institute of Physical Education Professional is: the football special lesson existing program training goal is not to highlight the practical ability training, is not conducive to the comprehensive development of students Yizhuanduoneng; teaching content older, knowledge narrow coverage, lack of practicality; relatively less than normal teaching hours; choice of teaching methods and the use of a single; appraisal is not comprehensive, single of the evaluation of the main evaluation methods unscientific. Shanghai Institute of Physical Education professional football special lesson Trial training program features: (1) the pilot program of training objectives focus on special skills and practical ability, training objectives close to the multi-skill composite sports talent. (2) pilot program teaching focus on penetration and related disciplines, to achieve a perfect knowledge of the special theory of football philosophy of updates. (3) the application of modern multimedia technology in the pilot training program, heuristic teaching method is effective in promoting the students' enthusiasm and initiative. (4) Trial extracurricular training program to take advantage of a variety of exercises in the form of set up, make up for the lack of teaching hours. (5) evaluation of teaching and training skills training program reform major innovation, practical ability appraisal standards listed to provide a reference for the assessment of student teaching, training, capacity. The pilot training program not only increase the skills assessment project, and also to improve the skills assessment standards, and have put forward higher requirements for special skills and practical abilities on the football special students. (6) evaluation of the main diversification and evaluation methods as one of the characteristics of the pilot training program.
