Abstract


Universities Academic Leaders are the most important human resource is one of the talented group of colleges and universities . As Discipline Construction organizer and leader , academic leaders with pilot , power resistance, dedication and innovative features. Colleges and Universities , the first-class faculty is developing world-class university discipline, training of talent , the key to creating first-class achievements , and academic leaders play a mainstay in this role . But the current academic leaders for many of the studies on the qualities or abilities unilateral simple qualitative description, and academic leaders on team building research , very few comprehensive academic leaders for a comprehensive evaluation . This paper attempts to qualitative and quantitative point of view, to build a university academic leaders for a comprehensive evaluation system. In this paper, evaluation theory university academic leaders and relevant content made ??retroactive and summary describes the concept of academic leaders , features and results-based evaluation theory . And the use of literature analysis on domestic and university teachers about academic leaders evaluation research articles were analyzed , summarized . Secondly, that the university academic leaders evaluate the theoretical and practical basis . After reading this article , based on extensive literature , combined with the actual academic leaders , discusses the current university academic leaders assess the current situation and existing problems, and cause problems to analyze the deep-seated reasons . Through the analysis of existing problems and the reasons for building a comprehensive evaluation system for reference. This article focuses on the comprehensive evaluation system Academic Leaders build, building evaluation system for the analysis of the principles that should be followed to determine the indicators proposed steps, on the evaluation criteria were defined. In this paper, anonymous questionnaire survey , a collection of 88 professors, 4 associate professors ( including proficient human resources experts, including ) the collective wisdom ( including 70 science and engineering , liberal arts and 22 ) , the formation of university science and engineering , liberal arts academic leaders comprehensive evaluation system. In the methods for determining the weights based on the analysis using the Delphi method to determine the levels of index weights . Finally, the design of comprehensive evaluation form college academic leaders , including leaders in science and engineering , and liberal arts disciplines .
