Abstract


Teaching and research discipline in schools as a teaching professional and grass-roots organizations, is the subject of teachers to raise the level of expertise an important platform. The quality of teaching and research work directly related to the work of school teaching quality and professionalism of teachers, the advantages and disadvantages. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, teachers in the classroom teaching a variety of issues and challenges facing the growing need to rely on team strength solution, the construction of teaching and research are more and more attention. However, due to multiple factors, teaching and research not fully play its due role. With the reform of secondary education, with the new features of the course curriculum, structure, content, implementation, evaluation and management of the significant as compared with the original innovations and breakthroughs. The face of education and teaching objectives, structure, contents, methods and evaluation of the new requirements, teacher professionalism This is even more urgent need to enhance teaching and research to strengthen self-construction requirements, professional development for teachers to build a broader platform.In this paper, the author’s school and around the same schools as the basis, through literature, interviews, case studies and other methods of teaching and research relationships with all levels of schools, sort out the existence of the situation and pointed out that under the new curriculum development of teaching and research, innovative strategies to promote literacy to enhance the teaching profession, and promote a deeper level to develop the new curriculum.
