Abstract


China 's tourism education career after 30 years of development , has made ??considerable progress . But teachers play a crucial role in the development aspects of tourism personnel training career development research is still very weak , and the development of teachers' impact on improving the quality of students , also affect the development of the university travel professional . University tourism management professional teacher professional development problem is not caused by domestic scholars adequate attention and concern , the research is still relatively small . In this paper, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of university tourism management professional teacher professional development status , to identify the problems that exist in the tourism professional teacher professional development , and analysis of the factors that affect the professional development of teachers in the draw on the successful model of the foreign teachers' professional development and divided into professional quality perfect , professional capacity strengthening and protection of Institutions of Higher Education in three parts on the basis of experience , trying to build, our the university tourism management professional teacher professional development , and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to Chinese universities tourism management professional teachers ' ability to improve and the training of personnel to play a catalytic role . Text is divided into five parts: The first chapter is the introduction , the main background of the topic , the significance of the research , research methods on the status quo of the relevant theoretical research , and the research framework and innovation . Chapter fundamental part of the theory , the concept and theory to define the difference between vocational training and career development and the relationship between the two , to briefly power and features of teacher professional development , career development theory and motivation theory two basic theories . The third chapter is the focus of this article , start with the analysis of the problem exists in today 's tourism teacher professional development through questionnaires and interviews from the status quo of the university tourism management professional teacher professional development . Chapter influencing factors analysis to identify the factors affecting tourism management professional teacher professional development , which includes teachers' factors , school factors , student factors , as well as the factors of the social environment . Chapter tourism management majors teacher professional development countermeasures to improve the professional quality , intensive professional competence and organizational security system to establish three angles corresponding solutions .
