Abstract


Germany as a developed market economy countries , the development of its innovative SMEs is second to none, especially advanced propulsion development of technological innovation - technology market , finance market and the venture capital market for the development of SMEs in China in case of bottleneck to provide a successful example for a reference value . The improvement of the technological innovation capability , encourage and support the development of small and medium enterprises can not only enhance the vitality of the strong economic development , but also to improve the level of development of the national economy as a whole . 2008 German economic capabilities of the anti - financial risks is also inseparable from the developed SME system in Germany . This article is learn from the successful experience of the development of SMEs in Germany into a report, combined with the specific circumstances facing the development of SMEs in China to discuss and put forward policy recommendations and measures .
