Abstract


Since the introduction of strategic management theory , with the deepening of strategic management theory , business managers have increasingly profound aware of the significance of the research and application of the strategy lies. Enterprise development strategy is a long-term direction and goals , and gain a competitive advantage through enterprise resource allocation adjustments and changes in the evolving environment , and the the steady competitive advantage is the fundamental basis for enterprise development , and therefore how to carry out a complete set of system strategy , the enterprise has a special significance . In the current changing environment , all enterprises are facing the opportunities and challenges of strategic development , some companies to capitalize on new opportunities , and others in order to overcome the disadvantages of either seize the opportunity or overcome the disadvantages are strategic management determination of the scope of corporate strategy , will determine business direction , lay the foundation for maintaining long-term competitive advantage , a profound impact on companies to determine business priorities and corporate functions , and therefore determine the correct development strategy is the key to business survival , comfortable surface information technology , globalization , the fundamental dynamic competitive environment of the 21st century knowledge-based . JXY company background , on the basis of the current strategy of the company's depth of understanding of the use of the various tools of the modern enterprise management analysis of the company 's internal and external strategic environment , clear the company's strengths and weaknesses , understand its face challenges and opportunities .
