Abstract


In 1999, our country began a reform of the rural electricity system to solve some practical problems. But the power industry as a monopoly industry has many shortcomings. A reformed power system is still not fully fit in with the market economy operations. It is important to deepen reform of rural power, which can remove obstacles to the development of new rural electricity. It is good for rural economic development and improving people’s living standards.This paper focuses on the reform and development of Yiyang rural power. Based on the reform and development of rural electricity theoretical research, pay more attention to the theory and the actual situation of rural electricity combining, hope to explore a suitable model for Yiyang rural power reform and development in an effective way.Starting from the actual situation of rural power, the present situation of rural power of Yiyang is analyzed. Yiyang rural power from the state power of rural reform, forge ahead, and made a series of achievements, perfecting rural power grid, the power supply, improve rural electric power enterprise’s management level, rural power quality enhances unceasingly, improve service quality of rural electricity. Based on the investigation of rural electricity market Yiyang, with China’s rapid economic development, the farmers’ income has increased significantly; the demand for electricity is increasing. The development of rural power with the all-round development of new rural construction, which is facing unprecedented opportunities, also has certain challenges. This paper analyzed the present situation of rural power supply enterprise management of rural power system reform and management pattern, the worker of rural powered management; asset management and power of rural electricity problem from five aspects were studied. The five aspects, though not all aspects of rural power will be comprehensive summary, but the five aspects of rural electricity is Yiyang reform and the development process of the actual problem. Finally, this paper concludes out some creative suggestions. First, grasp the nature of rural power development, the implementation of people’s power for the purpose of serving the people. Starting from the improved services, recommended the promotion of rural electricity service reform and innovation; Second, build high quality workforce in rural electricity, rural electricity workers rely on the knowledge and skills progress, to provide quality services for rural electricity users; Third, improve the rural areas electrical science and technology work to promote the development of science and technology for rural power development has laid a solid technology base; Fourth, cultivate an advanced culture of rural electricity, rural electricity development for the new theory of the right guidance, to create a good atmosphere for public opinion to create a strong spiritual force and intellectual support. Fifth, improve the safety management of rural electricity.
