Abstract


Gansu DC Automation Co., Ltd. is a private equipment manufacturing enterprise which is mainly engaged in green coating, the complete set of technology and equipment of green coating material, the complete set of equipment for automatic control system of rail transportation as well as the research and development of system integration. It is characterized by a combination of the qualities of equipment manufacturing industry, high technology enterprises and private enterprises. Thus it is very typical. After analyzing the status quo of the development and characteristics, this thesis proposes that in the management of Gansu DC Automation Co., Ltd., the strategic cooperation management of the enterprise needs further improvement, for the industry agglomeration hasn’t been formed. The financial management requires further improvement, for the enterprise is short of funds and is faced with the financing difficulties. The managerial regulations and concept need further improvement, for the managerial capabilities have fallen behind, the managerial regulations are incomplete and human resources are in short. According to the management theories on enterprise management and the analysis of the external environment of the managemen of Gansu DC Automation Co., Ltd., this thesis puts forward the solutions which are of great help to solve the problems existing in the management of Gansu DC Automation Co., Ltd.Meanwhile, as Gansu DC Automation Co., Ltd. is a private high technology enterprise in equipment manufacturing industry, it is characterized by a combination of the qualities of equipment manufacturing industry, high technology enterprises and private enterprises. As a result, all the above-mentioned enterprises will encounter the problems which exist in the management of Gansu DC Automation Co., Ltd.The solutions proposed in this thesis can also be applied to similar enterprises. As there are a great many equipment manufacturing enterprises in Lanzhou, and the high technology enterprises need further development, it is necessary to apply the solutions to those enterprises in Lanzhou.
