Abstract


Along with economic globalization and market competition intensifies, companies in the market face increasing competition, some enterprises have already changed from compete against the competition to co-operation. In recent years, more and more companies within the same industry to establish a competitive strategic alliance. However, such strategic alliances within the industry is instability, in this papers it would have to discuss a strategic alliance in a competitive business of how to maintain the stability of the alliance.In this paper, we start from the definition of a competitive strategic alliance,the transaction cost theory and game theory. Analysing the case of competitive strategic alliances,Ⅰanalyze the impact of competitive business strategic alliance and stable external and internal factors.Ⅰmade a number of competitive enterprises which can guarantee a stable strategic alliance measures, and then use AHP strategic alliance that led to these measures and the correlation between the stability analysis .Technology innovation in these measures is the most important position. Analysis concluded that the use of analysis of competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the status of strategic alliances.
