Abstract


Accompanied by social progress , economic development , reduce material consumption , reduce labor costs , profit margins can be achieved is getting smaller and smaller , logistics costs gradually as the third profit source known . The coal industry is an important basis for the energy industry , the annual logistics costs account for 40 % -60 % of the total cost , which accounted for the major part of logistics costs is high logistics costs . How to reduce logistics costs to become today 's coal enterprises must solve the problem , we must first choose a reasonable logistics mode and reduce coal enterprise logistics cost , the proposed supply chain management has given a new meaning and role of logistics for coal companies to choose reasonable logistics and distribution model provides sufficient theoretical basis . The first literature review of the logistics mode decision , pointed out the logistics mode decision model to improve the need to continue to develop the logistics mode decision model development process , and development trends . Followed by the combination of the characteristics of the coal enterprise logistics activities , the the global optimal supply chain management system management thinking applied to the logistics management of coal enterprises , guide enterprises to establish a coal supply chain environment seamlessly connect supply chain logistics system and distribution strategy , and propose the main mode of coal enterprise logistics supply chain environment and its development trend . Nine main factors affecting the coal enterprise logistics and distribution mode decision analysis , Analytic Hierarchy Process weighted assignment of each factor to determine their respective weights . Finally , through the analysis model with different anti- set build coal enterprise logistics and distribution decision - making model , make use of the set of potential coal enterprise logistics mode of decision-making . Research is successfully applied to a Coal Group coal enterprise logistics mode decision has some applicability ; and set pair analysis method , the operation is simple to understand , suitable for a variety of companies make similar logistics mode decisions.
