Abstract


Core competence and corporate governance is a hot topic in today 's academic and business point of view but from the collected literature , corporate governance and corporate core competencies are often conducted separately . Sound corporate governance as the core of the modern enterprise system , not only is the framework of a modern enterprise system is a necessary condition to enhance the core competence , and enhance their core capabilities and perfect the purpose of corporate governance mechanisms . This article is oriented core competencies proposed how to improve the corporate governance mechanism , and the use of the analytic hierarchy process improvement model and unascertained mathematics comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the corporate governance . First, the combination of the research status at home and abroad , and expounded the basic theory used in this study , including enterprise core competence theory and the theory of corporate governance . Second -oriented core competencies on how to improve corporate governance exposition described corporate governance system in the United States, Japan and Germany , for example . Then , the oriented core competencies , according to the principles established in the index system of corporate governance , incentives and constraints from the structure and functioning of the Board , the Board of Supervisors , the structure and operation of the general meeting of the shareholding structure and the core layer angle construct the evaluation index system of corporate governance . Fourth, the improved model of the application of analytic hierarchy process and corporate governance unascertained mathematical theory to build comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the combination of the case to make a comprehensive evaluation of corporate governance , and propose how to improve enterprise core competencies , improve corporate governance , and ultimately make companies competitive advantage in the long-term market share .
