Modern society, human capital has become the main source of economic growth of a country. China is a populous developing country, to improve investment in human capital of the population, it is particularly important to increase the accumulation of human capital. With the development of China's industrialization, urbanization, the substantial increase in the number of migrant workers, the birth of the migrant workers' groups. When the number of migrant workers more and more close to the urban population, we should be aware of the important role of this group of migrant workers in China's economic development. Many children of migrant workers will be the most important contributor to China's future economic development, investment in human capital of children of migrant workers, not only help to improve the social status of the children of migrant workers to help them complete intergenerational promotion; there conducive to China's future economic and social development, help enhance China's comprehensive national strength. In this paper, based on the theory of human capital investment, in Chengdu, and children as the main flow of migrant workers, through field research, combined with research data to the fate of the children of migrant workers flow selection, the status of human capital investment, the impact of its human capital investment constraints and the policy recommendations. Overall total is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the research background and significance of the article, based on the literature review, and pointed out the direction and purpose of this research.
