Abstract


The face of global unemployment , countries will employment as an important part of the work of the government , our government is up to the height of human development , full attention . Older unemployed people in cities and towns is a special group in the ranks of China 's unemployment , the mechanism of survival of the fittest competition in the market economy , the strength of an individual alone is difficult to achieve re-employment . So re-employment for this group in particular, should be a great concern of the government to become an important content of China 's government work and one of the control objectives . In this thesis, the functional responsibilities of the government to solve the problem of re-employment as an entry point , summarized at home and abroad on the basis of the concept to clarify the employment status quo on unemployment , which leads to the re-employment of older unemployed people in cities and towns Discussion of the problem , analyze the characteristics of China's urban older unemployed persons ; followed on the social impact caused by the presence of older unemployment problem ; again, according to the particularity of the older unemployed groups , trying to explore the reason for the existence of older unemployed persons ; last the function of our government to the perspective of analysis of the necessity to solve the re-employment of older unemployed persons , preliminary study as a basis for the re-employment of older unemployed people in cities and towns Approach .
