Abstract


For a long term, petrochemical enterprises play an enormous role in the development of society and economy of our country. However, the traditional energy utilization mode is not only causes serious waste of resources and environmental damage with "high-input, high-waste, low-use". As the latest products of exploring sustainable development, circular economy combines conception of circular with the economy development. It is an advanced development mode, which can promote the harmonious development of resources, environment and economy. It is an inevitable choice for petrochemical enterprises to explore a new industrial road.First, the paper researches background, significance and status of circular economy both at home and abroad. It introducts the concepts of circular economy and that relates with it . On the basis it establishes circular economy development level evaluation index system of petrochemical enterprises from reduce, recycle and harmless, included 14 indexes. And it calculates weights of indexs by AHP.Then it constructs fuzzy synthetic evaluation mode of development with comprehensive evaluation method. As can be seen, it is reasonable and objective by simulation example. Finally, the paper put forward the measures of developing circulation economy for petrochemical enterprise. They contain 5 respects. Establishes the circular economy development mode of petrochemical enterprises from 5 angles including production, technology, management, system, culture. Constructs petrochemical industry eco-industrial park to extension product chain. Consummates legal system of of developing circulation economy for petrochemical enterprise. And the legal system is the basis. It constructs support policies to promote the development of it. Strengthen the study on theory of circular economy. Design kinds of campaigns to create good atmosphere. By the research on the topic, the paper guide how petrochemical enterprise develop,and make it more fast, more good.
