Abstract


As the development of information technology and network, original market has changed deeply, the domain of management has enlarged to all interrelated resource around enterprises. Under this new environment, we have to renew our management mode, enhance internal management and partnership of supply chain to satisfy the diverse demand. That we need is Supply Chain Management to integrate suppliers, manufacturer, sellers and customers. There is a system, named Inter-organizational Information System, which can realize management of inter-organizational and promote Information sharing and cooperation on the supply chain.what is called IOS is that enterprises which on the supply chain get information form internet to communication other enterprises, in the meantime, use ERP and SCM to share the data. Supply chain management which based on IOS, provide cooperation and alliance for these enterprises, it is good for decrease nondeterminacy and Bull whip effect on the supply chain. Futhermore, IOS make the cost of communication and information sharing reduced, and cause minimization of cost increasingly of business process.Empirically, people believe that buildment of IOS could make win-win to upstream and downstream enterprises on the supply chain. Therefore, IOS has developed quickly, and used in inter-organizational management increasingly. At present, a lot of theories and practice have demonstrated that it could enhance the performance to core enterprises after leading in IOS，and the enhancement of performance has largely surpassed the increase of cost. Nevertheless, is the same fact to suppliers? Suppliers usually lead in IOS with involuntariness according to the criteria of core enterprises. Is there some enhancement of performance for those suppliers? Seldom can research demonstrate that. Furthermore, some previous research stand the angel of the core enterprises to build a piece of appraisal system to estimate the performance of suppliers. By contraries, this text will stand the angel of the suppliers themselves to research the enhancement of performance after leading in IOS. So, this text did not guess subjectively but stand the angel of the suppliers to make suppliers clear that it could enhance their own performance after leading in IOS.There are five chapters in this text.Firstly, it’s research background, purpose and significance. We hope to finish empirical research with the angle of supplier through data collection to find if it could bring the enhancement to suppliers after leading in IOS, and find some crucial factors which influence the performance of suppliers.Secondly, it’s Medical Review. In this chapter, we recall the definition, type and theoretical basis of IOS, and the theories of the enhancement to suppliers after leading in IOS.Thirdly, we propose some,hypotheses and theoretical frame on the base of analysing how to bring the enhancement to suppliers.Fourthly, we use structural equation model to inspece previous hypotheses and theoretical frame.We believe that it could enhance the performance through the Coordination Improvement and the Task Efficiency, and the text has examined how the intermediate variable such as Interdependence, Uniqueness and Data Quality influence the intermediate variable. Finally, we found that the empirical data supported the previous assumption.Fively, it’s our findings and recommendations. This chapter expound the findings of model, and make some recommendations in combination with some crucial factors, In the last, we raise some Research Limitations and future Research Fields.
