Abstract


The competition in the logistics market of the petroleum products is very drastic. And the petroleum resources belong to the non-renewable resources. With the continuous improvement of the quantity demanded of the domestic market, the northeast sales company Petro China is facing with great pressure of the market competition. Under this kind of background, the logistics service system of the petroleum products plays an important role in the exploit of the marketing market and the improvement of the profits of the enterprises.At present, the logistics service system of the controlled company is basically the traditional management mode. It can not plan and manage from the strategic angle and the logistics costs are comparatively higher compared with the same industry. Therefore the economic benefits of the enterprise always maintain at the lower level. With the further open of the petroleum market, the controlled company will be faced with more drastic competitive environment. The situation of the market competition faced by the company will be more drastic. Under this kind of conditions, it is very necessary to change and optimize the current logistics management system around the sales system of the petroleum products of the controlled company. In this paper, the author redesigns and optimizes the logistics links in the whole supply chain of the petroleum according to the controlled company. It can enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and give full play to the role of the logistics as the third fountain of the profits. The author mainly starts his research from the following several aspects:Chapter 1: the introduction. In this part, the author regards the change and optimization of the change of the logistics system of the northeast sales company Petro China as the entry point to simply narrate the research meaning and the research background of this paper. The author confirms the research thinking and the research aims of this paper through the review of the relevant researches at home and abroad.Chapter 2:the basis of the theories. In this part, the author mainly summarizes the relevant theories of the logistics management system of the northeast sales company Petro China.Chapter 3:In this part, the author mainly analyzes and researches the current situations of the logistics management system of the northeast sales company Petro China and points out the existing problems of the controlled company in the logistics system. It plays a key role in designing the logistics planning of the company and putting forward the optimizing planning. In the end, the author points out the important meaning of the change and optimization of the logistics system.Chapter 4:In this part, the author designs the project of the change of the logistics system of the petroleum products of the logistics system change of the northeast sales company Petro China from the angle of the modern logistics through taking advantage of the management theories of the supply chain and the theories of the business restructuring. And then the author puts forward the specific schemes of building and perfecting the logistics distribution center and optimizing the mode of the logistics service.Chapter 5:In this part, the author puts forward the scheme of optimizing the logistics service system according to the analysis of the existing problems of the logistics system of the company and the scheme of the change. And the author puts forward the specific recommendations and steps from the following several aspects: the design philosophy of the optimizing planning, the integration of the business and information resources and the design fo the total scheme. And the author also carries out the qualitative evaluation for the planning of the optimation in this paper.Chapter 6:the conclusion. In this part, the author sums up the importance of the change and optimization of the logistics system change of the controlled company. And the author also puts forward the outlook of the further research.
