Abstract

Lactobacillus Removal the mutagenic factor or the ability to inhibit its activity, so that the lactic acid bacteria exhibit good anti-mutagenic and anti-tumor efficacy. Using strains and benzopyrene total culture techniques, the clear effect of benzopyrene by high-performance liquid chromatography detection of bacterial cells from the environment, the study evaluated 53 foodborne lactobacillus benzopyrene removal capacity from screening The adsorption rate of a high benzopyrene Lactobacillus Lactobacillus plantarum 121 and pentose sugars lactobacilli (Lactobacillus pentosus) mL32. On this basis to explore the the Lactobacillus adsorption benzopyrene characteristics under different physical factors and simulated gastrointestinal conditions, benzo (a) pyrene on the growth of Lactobacillus, explore Lactobacillus adsorption benzopyrene mechanism, designed to provide a theoretical basis for Lactobacillus carry benzopyrene biological removal application. 1, strain 121 and the ML32 benzopyrene adsorption rate were 65.9% and 64.9%, such adsorption characteristics, has nothing to do with cell viability, with the incubation time, the rising of the temperature increase and the cell concentration is increased. Strain 121 and the ML32 adsorption rate at pH 4 and 5 reaches the maximum of 87.6% and 89.0%, respectively. Ca2 or Mg2 concentrations greater than 0.05 mol / L culture medium the biosorption rate with salt concentration was positively correlated. The benzene elution cause benzopyrene adsorbed Lactobacillus decreased by 90%. Treated with alkaline protease, neutral protease, lysozyme and TCA and SDS methods such biosorption rate rise, and not susceptible to benzene removal. The bile salt and acid environments, the adsorption rate of the two bacteria is increased to more than 70%, while the presence of the trypsin only have a greater impact on the adsorption rate of the strain 121. 2, 10 ~ 50μg/mL benzopyrene in environmental media not caused the growth of two Lactobacillus significantly affect cell growth to 24 h, the bacterial cells to clear the benzopyrene the efficiency is 79%. The same time, the bacterial cells after adsorption benzopyrene, active and will not be affected. 3, the cell wall is the main structure of the strains adsorption benzopyrene, compared with the Gram-negative bacteria cell walls, the cell wall of Lactobacillus adsorption rate is significantly higher, up to 80.6% and 78.3%, respectively. When removing the bacterial cell wall, the adsorption rate of less than 20%. Without cell extracts adsorption rate was only 3.4% and 2.1%, respectively. The the two Lactobacillus cell wall components peptidoglycan adsorption highest rate, 93.0% and 96.7%, respectively, when the complete structure of peptidoglycan, the adsorption rate will decline. Extracted the two bacteria cell wall peptidoglycan analysis, both of which can in a relatively short time to be lysozyme molecule, and its sugar content is especially characteristic hexosamine content strains improved more complete description of the extracted peptide glycans than pure. 4, Lactobacillus plantarum 121 and Lactobacillus pentosus ML32 has a better effect of benzopyrene is cleared from the ambient medium, and can be applied as potential probiotics.
