Abstract


The health risk assessment is hazard degree as the evaluation index, the level of environmental pollution and human health linked quantitative description of the programs and countermeasures of pollutants on human health hazards, and proposed to reduce the risk of a risk assessment method. In this paper, through on-site survey to systematically study the pollution situation and the characteristics of a fine river groundwater polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and organochlorine pesticides and other persistent organic pollutants; proposed use of the Dutch public health and the environment, the National Research Council soil and groundwater fine river groundwater pollution exposure evaluation model-CSOIL model site analysis to determine the variety of organic contaminants by crops ingestion of drinking water, bathing in four kinds of inhalation and skin contact route of exposure per unit body weight daily average exposure The dose; quantitative characterization of the non-carcinogenic health risk index and carcinogenic pollutants pollutants average individual annual health risk value of the health risk assessment model recommended by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The main findings are as follows: the fine river groundwater PAHs pollution is mainly caused by the low-aromatics and some aromatics, by the law of diminishing the fine river upstream to downstream in addition to individual regions, but has nothing to do with distance Xihe distance; PCBs substituted biphenyls ingredients in low concentration fine river to and distance Xihe distance pattern; higher detection rate of OCPs, but detectable concentrations were lower by a fine addition to the individual regions River upstream to downstream of the law of diminishing, but has nothing to do with the the distance fine river distance; petroleum detection rate of 100%, and detectable concentrations were higher than the concentration limits for drinking water health standards, the regional concentration of petroleum or less, the distance and the fine rivers to distance Xihe erratic. The fine river groundwater has been detected in 12 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in only high ring Baa, Chr and Bbf exceeded, the standard rate of 53.3%, 0.03% and 30%, maximum superscalar multiples were 29.5, 3.3 and 4.6 times; of PCBs exceeded the rate of 37.9%, the maximum excessive multiple of 9.2 times; seven kinds superscalar nine organochlorine pesticides were a-BHC, heptachlor, aldrin, dieldrin, p. p'-DDE, p, p'-DDD and p, p'-DDT, exceeding rates were 10.3%, 65.5%, 0.03%, 69.0%, 41.4%, 0.07% and 17.2%, the largest were excessive multiples 8.4,86.9,15.3,37.7,7.3,3.9 and 6.5 times. 3 fine river groundwater PAHs pollution comes mainly from petroleum pollution; of PCBs pollution comes mainly from domestic production Aroclor1221; of DDT pollution comes mainly from the previous use of pesticides is no new source of input, BHC pollution that long lindane distance transmission or degradation, another local input. 4, non-carcinogenic organic pollutants or carcinogenic organic pollutants crop ingestion and drinking by mouth ingestion exposure pathway is a major route of exposure for health risk assessment of organic pollution in groundwater. Fine River groundwater non-carcinogenic organic pollutants through crop ingestion, drinking water, bathing in inhalation and skin contact exposure pathways at each sampling point, the maximum value of the total health risk index was 1.65 × an average of 10-3, 5.72 × 10-4, well below 1; carcinogenic organic pollutants through crop ingestion of drinking water, bathing in inhalation and skin contact exposure pathways at each sampling point the maximum value of the total health year risk value of 1.87 × 10-5a-1, the average value of 3.13 x 10-6A1, of less than 5.0 × 10-5a-1; are acceptable range.
